With great pride, IREM is pleased to announce a phenomenal milestone:
this month, IREM awarded CPM key number 20,000 to Mr.
Jordan Debes, CPM, ARM of Rochester, NY! For nearly
70 years, the CPM designation has symbolized the industry’s “gold standard” for
professionalism, education and ethics. In addition, surveys indicate
that owners and investors place the highest value on the CPM
designation compared to all other credentials. Coinciding with
the Institute’s 75th anniversary next year, the CPM designation
will celebrate its 70th anniversary in 2008!
